Abigail Haight “Abby” Huntsman is an American television journalist who serves in the capacity of Fox News Channel’s general assignment reporter. She is best known for her duties as the co-host of the popular show ‘Fox & Friends’ of which she hosts the weekend edition. Huntsman has political roots with a family full of politicians and herself served as a co-host and political commentator of talk show ‘The Cycle’ which used to air on the MSNBC network.
Huntsman started her career at the age of sixteen, serving in a behind the scenes position for the ABC show ‘Good Morning America’, but found it dissatisfying and contemplated pursuing other career options. Early Life and Education
Huntsman was born on 1 May 1986 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to American activist Mary Kay Huntsman and Jon Huntsman Jr., the former governor of Utah. She is the second child of her parents and has one older sister named Mary Jane, two younger sisters named Elizabeth and Gracie Mei, and two younger brothers named Jon II and William. She also has an adopted sister named Asha Bharati, who her parents adopted from India. She is of white ethnicity.
Although Huntsman spent a major part of her childhood in Utah, she also spent several years in the Asian countries of Taiwan and Singapore. She attended the University of Pennsylvania and graduated with a degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) in 2008. She also served as an intern for Diane Sawyer during her University days, who became a major influence in her life.

Huntsman’s first significant role was that of a political commentator, serving for the ABC news network based in Washington, D.C. in 2012. She made appearances on the show during and after the time of her father’s presidential campaign. Huntsman started dating Jeffrey Bruce Livingston while they were both studying at University of Pennsylvania and married him at the Washington National Cathedral in August 2010. Livingston, who previously worked with McKinsey & Company currently, serves at the private equity firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts in the capacity of a principal. They have adopted a dog named George. The couple reside in New York City.
