wahoo elemnt not syncing routes

Im from out of the country and will be visiting the US, whats the best triathlon shop in city XYZ? I never see the retry option though - I assume because I never get that far. Nice add though. And this doesn't work, too. The problem is, every time I turn it off and on again, most of the routes disappear and there is only 12 of them left. Should I delete the routes in Strava instead?
