Early Life and Education
Kooiman was born on 7th Feb 1984. She grew up in Charlotte and other places in North Carolina. Her parents live and own varied businesses like the Southeast Oasis Pool and Peppermint Forest Christmas Shop in Charlotte. The tall beauty has Dutch ancestry. She graduated from Myers Park High School in 2001. Anna played softball as a high school student.

After graduating from UNC Wilmington in 2005, Kooiman continued working as a video journalist, reported and anchor for WilmingtonWWAY TV channel.In 2007, Anna moved to Toledo in Ohio and began serving as a reporter and morning anchor at WNWO, a local affiliate of NBC. At WNWO, she also worked as a franchise reporter along with US Marshals and helped catch more than 100 fugitives.
In 2008, Anna moved to Charlotte, NC and began working as an anchor, reporter, and host at WCCB, a former affiliate of FOX. At WCCB, she was a part of the morning show called ‘Fox News Rising’ which lasted for 4 hours and covered varied areas like news and entertainment. At WCCB-TV, Anna reported on different aspects like weather, entertainment, traffic, and local news stories. Later in 2011, she became a New York based correspondent for the FNC or Fox News Channel and began reporting on issues like fitness and health news. She also works as a general assignment reporter.
Personal Life
On 8th Feb, 2015, Anna announced on Facebook that she was engaged. Her boyfriend, Tim Stuckey proposed to her while they were on vacation in Australia. He proposed while they were watching the awesome sunrise over the equally stunning Sydney Harbor. The couple got married on 31 July, 2015.
Anna, the 1.75 meter tall beauty, has AFAA and Turbo Kick certificates and is a fitness instructor for adults as well as kids. This is the reason why she is a fitness aficionado. In 2008, Kooiman participated in the Glass City Marathon in Toledo in the Women’s division and came in third overall. In 2011, she ran the Boston Marathon while simultaneously conducting interviews and reporting for Fox News Channel.
